Did you read my explanation why it fails, it fails becase MPEGTSENC.C 
thinks this subtitle is TELETEXT not DVBSUBS, so its related as it 
affects bot DVBSUBS and TELETEXT

Sorry from now on i will omit the libx264, but as always the normal 1st reply is "COMMAND LINE AND OUTPUT OR WE WONT TALK TO YOU", now i post my 
command line what do i get ...

I cant win can I


Also the video encoder makes no difference as its the subtitles im talking about

joolz
