[FFmpeg-user] Error:While opening encoder for output stream

Hi ,
I am trying to encode raw video to h.264 fromat using ffmpeg.
I gave the following command
 ./ffmpeg -f rawvideo -r 50 -s 416x240 -vcodec rawvideo -i
Basketballpass416x240_50yuv -c:v libx264 -intra -qp 9 out.h264

Its dispalying like " Error while opening the codec"

can give any suggestions regarding this.I enclosed f.png for reference check
it once
