Same applies for avcodec.so.55 and now it is safe to assume that it 
applies to all others as well. Intentional?

Ok, I try to compile ffmpeg-2.0.1 as well as the latest git repository
and when running 'make check', I get error 127 during the fft-4 test.
Meaning that libavutil.so.52 was not found.

The library is in the build tree but not yet on the system installed. So
it seems that the test assumes that the library is already installed.
Does that not defeat the purpose of testing before installing?
