[FFmpeg-user] how to use ffplay to play RTSP/TCP stream

As my understanding, ffplay can play RTSP/UDP stream that output from
ffserver.
That I tested, it works fine.
In advance, is it possible to play RTSP/TCP stream by ffplay ?
How to ?
