[FFmpeg-user] VC1 and WMV3 encoding in FFMPEG

wmv3 should be in there. Use ffmpeg -codecs to list what is in your build.

Last time I checked no one looked like they were going to do vc-1 but
unless you really need vc-1 just use h.264 and you can mux this into an ASF
wrapper in the case you have some special Windows/WMV requirements.
