[FFmpeg-user] Syntax to convert video in FFMpeg to 3gp

Hi, 
I want to convert a video. 
I am using WinFF (a GUI for FFMpeg). 
I can enter a command for FFMpeg, 
to create a new preset for this software. 
But I don’t know how.
(bat guano gave me a tip yesterday about audio :-))
Would someone please give me the full command, 
syntax for FFMpeg that would do this? 
Here is the specs of the conversion I want:
