As said, on this mailing list only compilation 
*without* a script is supported, just use configure 
as several of the test machines on above links.
(Click on the numbers on the right to see the 
configure options.)

How does compilation fail for you 
currently / which configure options 
did you test but did not produce the 
wanted binary?
