What have you tried?

This is a matrox I-frame-only variation of MPEG2 (I know, because I've had
to encode video to that format for use with Lightworks). It may not be
possible to directly copy the bit stream (i.e. `-c:v copy` might not work).
However, transcoding to another codec certainly should be possible.
