[FFmpeg-user] Add white padding with filter_complex

You're right. Actually is a stupid bug. I'm adding two colons instead of
just one in the padding.

This: *pad=iw*2:ih*2::0:0:0xFFFFFF*, should be this: *
pad=iw*2:ih*2:0:0:0xFFFFFF.*
