[FFmpeg-user] Building Gstreamer v1 ffmpeg module

Thats the patch I'm using (had to manually apply last two hunks, but thats
probably because I'm patching against 1.0.6)

Got it to compile but had to use a different ffmpeg version (0.10.6), will
try against 0.11 as well

The issue seems to be that URLProtocol became private at some stage in
2012  which causes make to bail

TBH seeing how hostile the comments on that  bug were bit wary of going on
there
