Yes and no. I have a problem with authority.
(But i do admit i was too harsh, Mea Culpa.)

I've tested with FFmpeg, but the result was a file that starts with a couple 
of frames white,
and has repeated frames every now and then in QT player. Besides Avid 
refuses to AMA to it.
