[FFmpeg-user] 5.1 -> mp3 loses the "effects" .1 channel?

The .1 in 5.1 is not an "effects" channel, it is a "subwoofer" channel. If
your audio stream contains things in this channel that are not already in
the other ones, it may be argued it is bogus.

Still, you can set your own downmix matrix using the pan filter.
