[FFmpeg-user] generate video file from png stdinput

also, ffplay didn't manage to open the udp stream only vlc succeeded, perhaps
this could explain what am I doing wrong.

this is the command:

ffplay.exe -i udp://127.0.0.1:1234 2> out.txt
