[FFmpeg-user] FFmpeg and Android Raw audio encoding

The issue is:

Recording audio in Android with AudioRecord and reading the data into a
short array. After that, send the short array to JNI method and process
with ffmpeg as described in first email.
The resulting mp4 is in the dropbox link above.
