[FFmpeg-user] Reencoding mpeg4 get "Failed to open bitstream filter h264_mp4toannexb for stream 0 with codec libx264: Invalid argument"

Hi guys,
Could anybody help me with that? I looked for the same issue around but just
found that with people trying to copy the video stream. I`m trying to
reencode it on VBV. It happens either when the input is MPEG4 part 2 (Divx)
or MPEG4 part 10 (Avc).
