[FFmpeg-user] Fast seeking formats for storing live video

No, it stays slow until you copy it (ie process it) with ffmpeg.  

It seems to me that maybe the live video doesn't have the pointers that a
processed video does.  I'm not sure how this gop/keyframes stuff looks like
in real life, but how are they written during a live video feed?
