[FFmpeg-user] feature request: able to link against libjpeg

Hello.  I suppose that ffmpeg has its own "internal" jpeg library for
decoding/encoding jpeg's.
My assumption is also that it is "unoptimized" (at least compared to
similar libraries, like libjpeg-turbo).
My wish/goal would be to have the speed of libjpeg-turbo.
Maybe a configure option to use libjpeg instead of the internal stuff?
Thoughts?
