[FFmpeg-user] How to crop block borders from top and bottom using ffmpeg

Dear All,

How to crop black borders from top and bottom of video using top and
bottom. Actually I'm using a 16:9 video which I want to convert in to 4:3
while retaining aspect ratio. So, first I would like to remove borders and
then convert the file back to exact size and then add enough borders to
make it 4:3. Please advise.
