[FFmpeg-user] How to change two PIDs to one PID value using FFMPEG.

I have a source clip which has two different resolutions in itself and has
two different PCR PID values, with different audio streams and available in
TS stream.
I need to know if these two PID values could be changed to One PID value
which could play both the resolutions in same PID.
Is this possible using FFMPEG or any other tools??
