That is no matter with -ss, i use the bellow command line also have
the same problem:
ffmpeg -y  -t 10 -copyts -i kaka.mkv -scodec copy -vcodec copy -acodec
copy  -bsf h264_mp4toannexb -f mpegtsoutput.ts
