[FFmpeg-user] Problem with lowering bit rate

Looks like 50kb to me, don't you agree?

Generally, it makes more sense to provide the output of the 
actual encode you tested, not just the output of 
ffmpeg -i output_file
(And please always provide actually working command lines, 
the commands you provided look as if they would not work.)
