[FFmpeg-user] FFV1 and RGB colorspace

Complete, uncut console output missing.
(RGB24 and RGB32 are supported.)

There is one ffv1-specific option, slicecrc, which allows to 
save a CRC for each slice (frame), ffv1 supports several 
global FFmpeg options.
