[FFmpeg-user] Extracing H264 from RTP packets

That was one of my desperation attempts.  I tried a variety of
permutations.  Don't worry about that :-).  I originally did:

ffmpeg -i polycom.sdp -i polycom.rtp polycom_rtp.h264
