[FFmpeg-user] pixelated video after inserting a logo

Try to add the -b (1000K works fine for web) parameter to your command:

ffmpeg -i input.avi  *-b 1000K* -vf "movie=watermark.png [logo]; [in][logo]
overlay=W-w-10:H-h-10[out]" output.avi
