[FFmpeg-user] ERROR: libx264 not found

Hello,

I have an issue with configure ffmpeg latest version ( ffmpeg0-10.3 ) on
a server
When I run make it shows the error:

ERROR: libx264 not found

since I do not have right to install needed library in system lib.
please give me a tip for this circumstance
