[FFmpeg-user] Need help converting videos for on-demand-streaming

What's funny is that it appears that html5 mode playback (in chrome)
is also able to jump to arbitrary position. (Just noticed it, but i
did upgrade my old karmic box to lucid yesterday (finally), so i
wonder if it has something to do with new apache or just chrome got
smarter?)

Just an observation i can't explain...,
