[FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG dshow option and libx264 video grab devices issue

Well, when I use the latest windows ffmpeg build
(ffmpeg-git-1eabd71-win32-static) I receive a lot of real-time buffer
fullness errors and drops of frames too (aproximatly 50%), but when i run
earlier build of ffmpeg from 2011, May (ffmpeg-git-01a73d6-win32-static),
arter some errors of buffer and dropped frames at the beggining of capture,
everything becomes good and runs smoothly without any errors
