[FFmpeg-user] I would like to get library files and dll files under prefix/bin

Hi,
    I am configuring for libx264 using FFMPEG on windows-xp. I got all
related files. I made configuration has --enable-shared --enable-static.
But I am getting avdevice-53.dll file alone.May know reason for why I am
not getting my files under prefix/bin.
   While configure getting has "WARNING:Package-config not found,library
detection may file".

    let me know reason for getting like this.
