[FFmpeg-user] where to get mspdb100.dll file.

I am tried to compile FFMPEG-0.9.1 and while compiling i get this
message "This application has failed to start because mspdb100.dll was not
found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem". Where i can get
mspdb100.dll file. I am using in windows.
