Yes. Verbose example:
ffmpeg -f alsa -i hw:0,0 -f x11grab -r 30 -s 1024x768 -i :0.0 -c:v \
libx264 -preset ultrafast -crf 0 -an -y output.mkv -c:a pcm_s16le \
output.wav
