[FFmpeg-user] problem with audio/video sync after conversion

Fine, I just spent two hours finding and installing the newly required Xfixes library, installing the latest version of ffmpeg, and weeding out options from my presets file that are apparently no longer supported. Now I have the very latest version running. The problem remains.
