[FFmpeg-user] Copy input audio in file to two tracks in output audio file

the source is just one file with one audio and one video track.

I want to create new MP4 file now, where the h264 track and the AC3
track is just copied to. Another AAC track should also be added, which
is made up of the AC3 track.
