More to the point, I suspect the only way to answer that sort of question  
is to get a very expensive legal expert to give you an opinion, and even  
then it'll only be an opinion.

One of the problems with opensource software is that, while you will often  
be told you're not allowed to do certain things and threatened with  
(almost invariably spurious) legal action, it is often very difficult to  
get anyone to go on-record and tell you what they're willing to permit.  
It's often quite difficult even to find someone who's willing to accept  
that they speak for the project, although a lot of people often make  
claims that would make you think they did!
