[FFmpeg-user] Legal issues related to Nellymoser/Asao decoding.

Hi there,

I read here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/921502 "To be completely
legal, you'd need a license from Nellymoser to decode the audio on the
server side using FFMPEG, and that license is $7500 per year per
server the last time I checked."

Is this correct? Can anyone provide some pointers to more detailed information?
