[FFmpeg-user] AAC decoding on Android

I have tried with the latest (0.11.1) but when built using same script and
run with my application it gives this exception.
07-20 17:54:56.260: E/AndroidRuntime(22901): Caused by:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Cannot load library: reloc_library[1311]:
139 cannot locate 'avcodec_init'...
I searched a lot about the solution of the exception above and then moved
back to 0.8.11.
