[FFmpeg-user] Zeranoe Windows builds spiking CPU to 100% randomly

I looked again at the numbers, as you probably already did... the 50% as I thought is not right for mencoder, it is a bit over 20% h/w used ( 2.1 cores out of 8 )

ffmpeg is using 1.4 threads efficiency during the encode process...

I might be wrong, but several other multithreaded processes show a way higher ratio between >user< and >real<
