I'd love to see such information. I've now found my settings, and
although the are really very very simple, it were though days initially
to just find them (there are so many bad documented outdated examples
just everywhere). Unfortunately I had only, like, five test devices (2
Android, 2 iPhone, 1 iPad).

One thing I realized: quality is subjective; with that I mean: I use the
settings which work for me and they mustn't work for you. I've skip the
part witht he quality of the moves.

Btw, I wouldn't be much concerned about any Google PR things unless your
primary intention is to make money off of it.
