[FFmpeg-user] Odd decoding error message

Whilst transcoding some uncompressed (V210) mxf's after a while the 
console fills up with messages of the form:-

"...next_ofs didn't change. not deriving packet timestamps..."

Does anyone know what this message means, and is it likely to be a problem?
