[FFmpeg-user] mpeg2 bufsize question

Could it be that muxrate the option you are searching for?

Any reason you are using -f vob for 1920x1080?
(You are probably again right that FFmpeg does not act completely reasonable but
otoh, I do not understand the option combination, how can ffmpeg?)
