This is a rawvideo yuv file so you need to specify manually the input
parameters, or ffmpeg won't know how to figure out it. Check the
rawvideo demuxer options:

rawvideo demuxer AVOptions:
-video_size        <string> .D... A string describing frame size, such as 640x480 or hd720.
-pixel_format      <string> .D... 
-framerate         <string> .D...
