[FFmpeg-user] sample code to change the codec/format

Hi All,

I am very new to ffmpeg/video libs. I am looking for a project or sample
code to decode/encode video into different format(ex MPEG-2 TS with
h264/aac encoding). I tried ffmpeg binary which is very straight forward to
use. Now i want to simulate some actions into my project with the help of
ffmpeg code.
