It almost never makes sense to post (a link to) a screenshot.
Instead copy (the command line and) the complete, uncut console output into an
email you send to this list.
Apart from being readable (screenshots generally are not), this has the
advantage that all information is still accessible if someone is interested in
your problem in the future.
