Allow me to repeat:
On this mailing list, compilation with "./configure && make", or in your case
"./configure --enable-cross-compile
--cross-prefix=$NDK_TOOLCHAIN_BASE/bin/arm-linux-androideabi- && make" (this may
not be sufficient, but I hope you get the point) is supported 
If you want to use a script, please report your problems wherever you found the
script. If you wrote the script yourself, this is the right place to ask for
help, but since the script currently looks very broken and the FFmpeg version it
uses does not appear to be software license compliant, I don't think it is a
good starting point, instead please start with a minimal, clean script (and a
compliant FFmpeg version)
