[FFmpeg-user] How to build the h.264 video from rgb565 format

Hi, Guys:
    Now, i can capture the screen with RGB656 format, and the period is
about 1/10 seconds. I know the ffmpeg is powerful. And i want to know
whether the library can convert all the rgb565 pictures to a h.264 video
stream? Thanks!
    I will be more pleasure if you can give me more information on how to
do it.
