[FFmpeg-user] Bad keyframes when encoding to the ogg container format

But is the file produced by ffmpeg correct according to the ogg/theora
spec?  If so, then why do ffplay and ffmpeg claim that the file is
"Broken"?

Or is is the file not actually broken, and I should just ignore the
error message from ffmpeg and ffplay?
