You may also want to try a different container type other than MOV for
import into FCP. While I know MOV/Quicktime is best for FCP the people have
reported issues with ffmpeg/Quicktime/FCP combo.
Do you simply want to capture from a Decklink for import into FCP or do you
want to do something more complex? As you should be able to import/log
directly.
