[FFmpeg-user] help needed in building FFmpeg with MSVC

hello

  i followed the instructions as outlined in :

     http://ffmpeg.org/platform.html#Microsoft-Visual-C_002b_002b

 i downloaded the c99wrap.exe, c99conv.exe binaries from the the following
link

   https://github.com/libav/c99-to-c89/downloads

 when i run the command : ./configure --toolchain=msvc

 i get the following error message:


c99wrap cl is unable to create an executable file.
If c99wrap cl is a cross-compiler, use the --enable-cross-compile option.
Only do this if you know what cross compiling means.
C compiler test failed.

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user at ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help
solving the problem.
