Isn't 16/15 ~ 212/199 and 4/3 ~ 265/199 ?
Please do not open a ticket and post an identical message
on the mailing at the same time:
If you believe there is a bug (I am not convinced, but I
may be wrong) and you know how to reproduce it, please
open a ticket, if you have a question about FFmpeg, please
post here. Doing both at the same time does no good.
I am unable to reproduce different behaviour between
32- and 64-bit, please post complete, uncut console
output for both, ie the ffmpeg command lines you
used for transcoding, their output and
ffmpeg -i output for both resulting files.
And please do not top-post here, Carl Eugen
