[FFmpeg-user] Unable to copy large stream - PTS and/or DTS invalid (overflowing?)

There is a "segment" option, FWIW.
Also ideally if you could grab that stream and save it off somewhere
(mplayer -dumpstream perhaps?) then run it through ffmpeg and get the
same results, that would be ideal as developers could look at it and
reproduce the problem.
