[FFmpeg-user] Video does not see when compiling ffplay using mingw

configuring the git repository ( cloned from git://
source.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git ) does not have a problem but when i used make

library.mak:95: *** missing separator.  Stop.

This also happens with the source code of  "happiness" 0.11.1
